Gloria Loftus- Siess

Joined 3 years ago from Northern California. Last activity 3 weeks ago.

I am the author of a published Children's play, A Royal Christmas, released by Plays of Boston. I graduated from Ohio State at Columbus. Most of my early life was spent in California.

I have a passion for Photography and use Photoshop (Topaz Labs) etc. to create the oil painting effect on digital compositions. I especially love nature shots.

I sell books on Amazon.com under the store name, MountainTwilightBooks. I have published a non-fiction book on domestic abuse called Lake of Shame, which many sexual abuse survivors have appreciated.

I worked almost 7 years with abused children and am still shocked and saddened by the messages that go unnoticed. Many disturbed children have been sexually abused, and this is an issue that is close to my heart and personal background. Due to the sexual abuse I survived as a child, I have special empathy for those who have weathered the same storms.

My career isn't too impressive at present, but I have ample time to pursue writing and photography and am working on a children's book about an Iguana.

I am fond of hiking, singing, art and photography.
